Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Orders: Made-to-measure or personalized garments require 6–20 weeks for production before dispatch. Any estimated timeline begins only after design approval and receipt of full payment.

Customers will receive both an order confirmation and a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once the order leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Customers may select from available shipping options (Standard, Express, International Priority) at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted regions.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Any promotional free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders as specified at the time of purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International: 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

Please note these are estimates only. My Almaarii is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, natural events, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

For international shipments, all customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees. They are determined by the destination country’s authorities and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.

Failure to pay duties may result in packages being delayed, returned, or destroyed. My Almaarii is not responsible for such outcomes.
6. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and arrange for receipt upon delivery.
7. Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to My Almaarii.

If an order is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of both the packaging and the garment.

For lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the courier, My Almaarii is not liable. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier.

Insurance coverage can be arranged upon request before shipment.
9. Changes & Cancellations

Shipping address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, neither cancellations nor address modifications can be made.
10. Delays & Force Majeure

My Almaarii is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance backlogs

Strikes, labor disputes, or courier issues

Weather conditions or natural disasters

Political instability, war, or other force majeure events
11. International Shipping Restrictions

Some fabrics or embellishments may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm import compliance before purchase.

Orders refused due to import restrictions are non-refundable.
