Refund policy

At My Almaarii, every garment is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Because our outfits are custom-made, made-to-order, or tailored in limited quantities, all sales are final. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order:


1. General Policy

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is confirmed, except in the rare event of a clear manufacturing defect attributable to us.

  • Please ensure that your measurements, fit preference, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase.


2. Exceptions – When a Claim is Valid

A return or exchange will only be considered if:

  • The garment arrives damaged or defective due to our error.

  • The item received is substantially different in size, style, or fabric from what was ordered.

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to info@rivesse.com, along with supporting photos. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.


3. Non-Returnable Categories

  • Made-to-measure or custom garments

  • Made-to-order outfits

  • Jewelry, shoes, and embroidered/embellished items

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted pieces


4. Fit & Measurement Disclaimer

  • We offer one complimentary adjustment on custom outfits to ensure comfort.

  • Changes in body size or weight fluctuations after measurements are taken are not our responsibility.

  • Customers may choose Slim, Comfort, or Very Comfort fit at the time of order. No additional alterations will be provided beyond this.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours will forfeit 50% of the product value to cover fabric procurement and production costs.

  • Once production has begun, no cancellations are permitted.

  • Orders Canceled after 48 hours, no refund will be permitted


6. Shipping & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, or VAT as per their country’s regulations.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
